We provide a strictly managed Database-as-a-Service and visual CMS tailored exclusively for the hospitality sector. We utilize edge-routing infrastructure to deliver your restaurant's menu globally.
While we target a rolling 99.9% network uptime via our global CDN, we do not cover liability for localized ISP network disruptions, browser cache failures, or misprinted QR routing codes generated by third parties.
2. Owner Content & Intellectual Property
You absolutely retain completely unrestricted intellectual property rights over any text, menus, pricing sheets, or high-fidelity photography uploaded to our platform.
However, by serving your images through our infrastructure, you grant KKTC Food the localized right to compress, visually cache, and format your media purely for performance optimization (e.g. converting heavily-weighted JPEGs into WebP structures) to ensure maximum delivery speed to your guests.
We do not lay claim to your brand. You are the architect of your own establishment.
3. Operational Misuse & Prohibited Operations
Access points to our backend API via the Master Admin or Tenant dashboard are strictly monitored. Any attempt to mathematically reverse-engineer, scrape bulk restaurant payloads, injection-test SQL queries, or automate menu creation via headless bots outside of our provided CSV interfaces will result in immediate termination of the node.
4. Service Terminations & Financial Architecture
We believe in absolute autonomy. You may sever your establishment's link to our platform at any time, directly through your dashboard. Upon deletion, all related Postgres rows linked to your business schema are cascadingly purged.
