1. Information We Collect

We are absolutely committed to data minimalism. We only collect the information structurally necessary to provide and elevate the digital hospitality experience.

  • Restaurant Partners: Registration details, business information, menu architecture, and encrypted authentication tokens.
  • End-Users (Guests): When viewing a menu via QR code, we do NOT require accounts. We may log anonymous usage analytics (such as page views or interaction rates) strictly to provide performance insights to the restaurant.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is deployed exclusively to orchestrate the digital architecture of our services. Specifically, we use it to:

  • Deploy and maintain real-time digital menus globally.
  • Authenticate administrative access for restaurant owners to our CMS.
  • Generate completely anonymous traffic schemas so restaurants understand their most popular items.

We do not, under any circumstance, sell your digital footprint to third-party data brokers.

3. Infrastructure & Security

Our platform architecture is secured via Vercel's edge network and managed PostgreSQL instances. All passwords are subject to advanced cryptographic hashing (bcrypt) before they ever touch physical storage. All interactions operate strictly over encrypted SSL/TLS protocols.

4. Your Architectural Rights

As a tenant of our platform, you hold absolute authority over your dataset. You may request a total systematic purge of your restaurant's digital presence, menu networks, and associated account nodes at any given moment by routing a request to our data compliance team.
