How does the bulk CSV upload work?
In your dashboard's menu section, you can click "Import CSV". If you format your menu exactly with the headers Category, Name, Description, Price, Image URL, the system will automatically parse the file, generate missing categories on the fly, and physically construct your entire menu structure in less than a second.
Why is my QR Code layout messed up when printing?
When you click the circular "Print" button on the QR Dashboard, we deploy a completely separate architectural layout exclusively for browsers. If it looks broken, ensure your browser print settings have "Background Graphics" turned on and "Headers/Footers" turned off so that the massive SVG Logo and 'Powered By Linory.studio' stamp format correctly onto A4 paper.
Will my menu URL change?
No. We recently migrated all restaurant domains to the top-level format (kktcfood.com/your-name). Any QR code generated inside your dashboard is permanently mapped to this root-level slug.
Do diners have to download an App?
Absolutely not. KKTC Food relies entirely on an advanced next-gen web client. When guests scan your physical QR code with their default camera, it instantly renders the high-speed interface inside Chrome/Safari without any login blockers.
